Are you struggling with anxiety and disturbing emotions?

Individual Therapy

Life's uncertainties can be challenging, leading to unhelpful stories we tell ourselves that make us feel out of control. I'm here to help you understand and manage your anxiety, guiding you towards a new narrative rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and cognitive behavioral techniques.

In our sessions, whether in-person at my office in Rockland or via telehealth, I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences and discover new ways of relating to anxiety. Regular compassion and loving-kindness exercises are integrated into the therapy. These practices help you to develop a sense of interconnectedness, empathy, and emotional resilience. We will work together to develop practical coping strategies and tools tailored to your unique needs.

Together, we will navigate the path towards self-acceptance and emotional well-being.

Ready to take the first step towards relief? Call or message me now to schedule your free 15-minute consultation now and let's embark on this transformative journey together.

Couples Counseling

Relationships often encounter complex challenges and the narratives we weave around them. As a counselor, my approach is shaped by a commitment to understanding the dynamics unique to each couple.

In our sessions, my approach focuses on facilitating better communication, enabling partners to clearly express and understand each other's needs.

My goal is to provide support in navigating the complexities of relationships, working collaboratively to enhance connection and well-being. It would be an honor to guide you and your partner towards a more enriched and fulfilling relationship.
